Up For A Challenge…

The challenge should you choose to accept it… Do a 20 minute workout everyday for 21 days…

Some might be thinking 20 minutes what is that really going to do? But if you are like me and juggling work, being a mom, being a wife and taking care of a home then you know it’s hard enough just to find 20 minutes!
It is most important to maintain a regular workout practice rather than focus on the length of time you actually spending working out… 20 minutes makes it manageable… You can carve out 20 minutes before you shower in the morning, before you eat dinner at night or in my case 20 minutes at the end of the day when the house is finally quiet!  The key is regular practice whether it be yoga, strength training, whatever works for you!

20 minutes also makes it easy to find a variety of videos you can follow online – If yoga is your thing, there are flow videos, videos for relaxation, core focus and at all levels! I tend to cruise YouTube for a different flow videos to keep things interesting – Yoga with Adriene is a great one!  Yoga Journal is also a good source, as is Yoga Download.
