Coconut Oil… A Summer Essential! 

If you are like me and become a little foot obsessed in summer you need to get yourself some coconut oil and a foot file! I have been putting coconut oil on my feet at bedtime for the past several weeks and wow what a difference! My feet have never been so smooth and soft!
Put a small amount of coconut oil on each foot and wear socks to bed. In the morning, use your foot file when you get out of the shower before moisturizing!
Your feet will thank you!
